Introduction to Climbing
Nothing beats the brisk feeling of the wind on your face, or the sun on your back as you potter, pull, and press up the impressively imposing cliff faces that scatter our mountainous island. This course will set you up well to get out with others more experienced, or bridge the gap into joining a club.
Who is it for?
Whether you have been climbing before no matter how long ago, or are a fresh fanatic who has just watched Free Solo and wants a taste, this course will get you out on the real rock.

Belaying techniques
Climbing movement on rock
Abseil experience
